Opportunity

As a Senior Designer at Envoy, you'll work with versatile teams across a broad range of work: websites, products, digital campaigns, brand systems, e-commerce, and more. You'll bring strategic ideas and turn them into thoughtful, beautiful experiences that put users first and drive results for our clients.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Irvine office.

What You Will Do

Work across all stages of a project, through wireframes, visual design, and all phases of development.
Meet complex UX challenges with an elevated taste level (we love work that's smart and pretty.)
Design work that's compelling and cool within client brand guidelines.
Be a sleeve-roller-upper; we're a small team of collaborative humans, so everyone works on—and cares about—everything.

Qualities and Qualifications

7+ years of design experience, preferably at a product or interactive agency.
A strong portfolio that shows your UX/UI design experience.
Fluency in Sketch/Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
A passion for design and eagerness to work with other creatives.
Be a systems thinker with a strong track record of shipping high-quality work (we aim to build files that make our developers happy.)
An enthusiastic, flexible, curious mindset; a champion for design culture.

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is between $93,000 to $115,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
