Opportunity 

We are looking for an Executive Producer who serves as a high-level production resource and is responsible for not only the day-to-day execution of high-impact projects but also the growth and performance of the project teams reporting into them. In this role, the Executive Producer must embody qualities expected of a senior member of the company.  These include sophistication in critical thinking and problem solving, the ability to create effective process and guide all resources within the company in creating the best work possible that achieves both project and company goals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and oversee project management processes, including job setup, communication, finances, and resourcing.
  • Lead high-impact, client-facing production projects, ensuring effective engagement and communication.
  • Manage client and internal expectations to ensure milestones, deliverables, and change management are effectively handled.
  • Strategically approach production to meet the unique needs of clients and the agency.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring requirements and deadlines are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with technology and creative leads to address technical and creative challenges to deliver solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Balance the needs of clients, internal teams, and the agency to achieve project and company goals.
  • Source and manage external vendors as required for specific projects.
  • Ensure quality by reviewing all stages of the creative and development process.
  • Proactively identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.



Qualities and Qualifications 

  • Minimum 10 years of multimedia and digital environment experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in producing digital, video/film, broadcast, and experiential projects with in-house and external teams.
  • Expertise in validating potential projects’ feasibility and profitability based on client needs and technical information
  • Strong financial project management skills, including resource and budget management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and solutions-oriented thinker.
  • Familiarity with web/mobile technologies, content production pipelines, and event installations.
  • Expertise of each production phase and understanding of multimedia technologies including emerging technologies such as AI, AR, XR; understanding of conception software, 3D design, editing, etc.
  • Significant network in professional production sectors (design, 2D animation, 3D animation, post-production, creative technologists, fabrication, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

 

What We Offer 

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 to $145,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
